I called Q because I needed to set up a desktop, I had acquired a new tower. He gave me advice over the phone, answering questions about components. The next day I took a trip to his store and was pleasantly surprised by his enthusiasm to help me set up my computer. I purchased all of the things I needed, he set them up and had my machine working in a matter of 15 minutes. I recommend Qs because there is no fluff just the items you need at a price that is relatively inexpensive.
