I bought a pipe for 24 dollars. Two weeks later , I noticed that the pipe started to have 2 cracks. A few days later the cracks had really gone bad. I asked the owner for a refund or a replacement, he refused. It seems that he does not know that in this country, a shop is responsible for the quality of their products. I will not use this place any more , for my tobacco needs.

I had bought one of there smok brand ecigs, had it for about three days before the tank shattered on me(didnt drop it, broke taking it apart to fill). The people there refuse to give me a refund for the ecig.
