Ive never been in the store as we do not live in the area. Today I was picking up some shipping pallets at Lumbar Liquidators in Burnsville. I was having trouble securing the load with ratchet straps and had my two unhappy kids with me. I was getting quite frustrated with the situation, and then, out of nowhere one of your employees saved the day. He asked me if he could help and was so kind to not make me feel like a damsel in distress. Im extremely independent so admitting I need help is hard for me. When he was finished I made sure i asked his name. Brandon is a wonderful person and I thank him from the bottom of my heart. We need more people like Brandon in this world.

What a worthless company! I will never step foot in another Frattalones business. I went there today to exchange 3 craftsman hand tools ( ace hardware carries craftsman) I was informed by the store manager they only honor craftsman warranty if you purchased the tool from Frattalones and had a receipt. Unbelievable, you carry a product and dont honor the warranty! I have tools older then that minium wage manager. And I dont have receipts for 20 year old tools. I wouldnt waste my bottled water on that store if it was on fire. Im also contacting craftsman, since I believe this would be a breech of their contract.

This is the best hardware store. The employees are honest, knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are good and they have a great selection of products. I love that if i buy fertilizer there i can use a spreader for the day for free!

I went in to find metric screws for a CNC machine I was building from scratch and found exactly what I needed - hex metric screws. Customer service is stellar and for a hardware store, its fairly clean and well lit.
