Worst experience ever!! They are terrible with customer service and treated me like I was stupid. I rented a machine that wasnt cleaned at all and it made my carpet worst then when I started. I told them about what happened and they didnt even act sorry about it or would do anything to make it better. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.
