Friendly staff, good products. I was wearing my Bernie sweatshirt and one of the guys commented that he was surprised about my supporting a Socialist. Then incorrectly related progressive policy to the USSR, although it more closely aligns with the most successful OECD nations. It never ceases to amaze me the number of folks that a) vote directly against their own interests.. and b) do not understand public policy at all but form opinions and vote, with little or no facts. This store, and others like it across America are what we need to support, which I do. The store is great. I walked away with my made in the usa items.

Their prices are a bit higher than Menards, but more than happy to pay it as their customer service is great. I go to them with all my random bolt/nut needs and they have been able to come up with a solution. Even when they didnt have the exact item they assisted me in modifying the item so it would work. 10/10.

The website IS worth seeing if you need a good laugh, "your photo here," HA HA HA HA HA. FREE popcorn, a store cat, they let me bring my dog in. The employees range in age from 18 to 80, and they all all Minnesota nice, and knowledgable. They have a lot of cheap fasteners. Wide variety of stuff. SHOP LOCAL

Went to get a key made here after being 3 other places where they couldnt...the last place suggested to try here. So glad they did! Everyone was extremely friendly and offered help several times. Got the key made in a matter of minutes! Thank you! Will suggest to anyone!

My husband and I like to go to Hance Hardware to shop and to just look around. They have everything and the staff is very knowledegable. It is family owned and run and a lot more fun than going to the big box stores. We always try to support this independent retailer!
