I went in after buying a pair of USA made work boots to return them and the pair they ordered didnt fit correctly either, so after Norman grunted 30 times with my asking about other boots and him bringing me out the exact pair I was wearing I ordered a different pair in a wider size. So upon leaving the store a gentleman asked me if I had jumper cables and if I could give him a jump, so I am helping this guy out and Norman comes out accusing me of stealing a pair of boots, mind you that its the same boot and size I already am trying to return, he gets into my truck without asking me and is searching for the boots that he obviously misplaced. After looking through my entire truck and not finding anything he storms off not even apologizing for embarrassing me in front of 5-10 people who are outside or for unlawfully searching my truck.. Go to a different Red Wing store the service here is a ZERO!!! I will be in touch with corporate and the manager tomorrow, I want him fired. Unbelievable what just happened to me!!

Nice store. Small so their on hand options are fairly limited. But they are always happy to special order any product in any size for you if needed.
