Talk about bad customer service! If I could give this store a 0 rating I certainly would. How do you have an employee as a greeter, but she doesnt greet you. Im confused. I waked in the store ready to purchase the "bride and bridesmaids tanks/tees" and not once did the girl standing in the front of the store say one word to me. However, she was so excited to speak to the other customers about the sale they had, answer any questions, or just say a simple hello. Unbelievable! The girl actually walked passed me twice and said absolutely nothing! Maybe she didnt like my braids?? Haha! Anywho, Ill continue to shop at Zara, where they are always helpful. Ill gladly spend my money anywhere else but this Express location. Btw, this happened on June 30th, 2016 at 1pm, just incase corporate reads this. Very disappointed.

Their old layout was much better . It feels claustrophobic and hot now. The spot coolers are a relief. The styles are great. Just whish they carried the editor short in stock.
