My experience today was terrible. Doris, the manager, agreed to sell me womens winter coats for $20 each two months ago. The coats are for Rachaels Womens Center in DC. I ordered 50 winter coats and she said she would call me when they came in. I did the same thing last year, purchased 75 winter coats and donated them to Rachaels. I went in today to PURCHASE 50 winter coats at $20 each to be dontated this coming Monday. Doris was not at work. When her staff called her to inquire about the coats, Doris said Gallo was not going to sell me the coats. The staff recognized me and they apologized for Doris behavior. Outrageous! Two months planning for this purchase and donation...and Doris/Gallo treat their customers this way? Im telling everyone in my area (Seven Corners) to never shop at Gallo!

Bought a pair of 100$ nursing shoes, was told I could wear them in the house and if they werent comfortable I could return them. After wearing them for an hour in the house I realized they were not comfortable. Took them back in the box with the original receipt, was told they could not be returned. After speaking to a manager they agreed to let me exchange them. Then the sales lady with died short brown/blonde hair, told me I was a liar. I have never been treates so rudely as a customer. I will never shop here again.

"0" rated customer service they can talk among one another in spanish who ever enters and thinks the other person dont know they dont know how to deal with the customer they had a problem from my 2 yr old son who was watching cartoon on phone and didnt touch anything at all and they taught he will destroy their cheap jewelleries be careful if are going there

They mislabel their clothes and they will do everything in their power not to give you a refund for their incovinience when you come back to return the items. Everytime I have tried to do an exchange, they have denied my request. What happened to customer service these days. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to shop there.

hello I want to say a word to serca of this store, I was a client but clothing is the most current, the trousers are disposable because they break with just stretch, care care that clothing is worthless
