I went to lexington market today to go to metro pcs to see if they could replace my phone at a good price because i lost mine. They didnt tell me anything good so on my way out i stopped to ask a question at the boost store. Jasmine was so much help. She explained to me that i could get a free phone if i switched to boost. After she explained the process i left to get my account number. She was professional and even helped me retrieve my gmail. I thought I would be there long because of the small staff and long line but she did it all without missing a beat. I am very thankful for the service I received and I will definitely be back!

When Sprint told me the only I option I had was to replace my 3 month old phone that was largely working after a drop, I was feeling desperate. Do I spend $600 on a new phone out of contract, try to find one on the internet, or is there some way to repair it? I emailed them to ask how much it would be to repair a cracked screen. For my phone it was $140, and they did it in just an hour after the parts came in. The phone has been working GREAT since then. I hope everyone realizes you can fix your phone, and Forever Wireless has great prices and service!

Im Very tough on phones and always find it hard to find a place that repairs cell phone a reasonable price and not feeling violated once they give you a price. Johnathan and his Team always work with you and try to give a few option before they do the work. I feel this is a business that wants you to return and makes a every effort to create a relationship very refreshing .
