By far the worst experience Ive ever had. Was told fixing a tablet LCD would be no problem, ordered the wrong part 3 times, made the 3rd one "work" and its still broken ALONG with more physical damage that was not on it to begin with. I came to them because Best Buy quoted me 500$ to fix it, while iWork quoted me 175$. After a month of them having it Im worse than when I begin. Also NO ONE ever contacted me when parts came in or if they were wrong, I was always the one to call them and ask what was going on. AND I never gave them permission to install a wrong part. If I wouldve known they were going to be this incompetent and unprofessional about it I wouldve never taken it there, Ive called every 30 minutes for 4 hours now to try to talk to someone because it is STILL BROKEN and they will not answer the phone. I do not recommend this place unless youre looking to get screwed over. Edit I ended up getting a refund due to the LCD still being broke and for the trouble. The only person I could honestly say was the most helpful through all of this is Brian, he was always nice and had great customer service, anyone else I ever dealt with up there seemed to have no clue what they were talking about and had no knowledge on customer service. I called the night I picked up the laptop to ask why it wasnt working again and Blake, I believe his name was told me it could be the charger, even though he was the one to plug in my laptop and turn it on. From now on if Brian is not there I will not be dealing with them.

great work!!! the repair I had came with a 90 warranty and the service was awesome! The best part about these guys is that there was no hidden fees. Prior to going to Iworx Eletronix, I went to CPR and was charged an addition $45.00 in labor (they didnt tell me about in the initial quote. found out after the phone was repaired) I took my Iphone 5 in with a broken screen and button issue had my phone back within an hour. The techs were able to fix my button without charging me. (which is awesome!! they could have not even told me and charged me) so they are honest. I hope more people go to these guys. They are owned by a young man that battles against these big corporate repair shops that have no clue what they are doing. Great job Iworx crew!!

It was great at first until, 2 days later I experienced cracks in the upper right of my phone screen, I did not drop it!!!!!! I had been sleeping all day and I also bought a screen protector from them, but the actual screen was cracked. Im in Germany right now, and I woke up and my phone would not charge or turn on! I had to take it to get fixed and the man said that I was missing plenty of screws!!!!! The mad said I had a bad battery and charger port which I was not aware of, and the man @ iWork said he would tell me if anything else was wrong other than the screen, which he did not. I am not happy with my visit here! Will be contacting manger with further info! Because I know I break phones a lot and I need someone reliable enough to fix it.

This was possibly the worst experience ever in my life. Not only did it take them over two weeks to get my phone screen in. Because they apparently dont know how to order things. I had to call them to find out it was in. After I way over paid in my opinion. It took much longer than they said to fix it and they did a crappy job in doing so. Never again will I waste my time or money at this place.

Man these guys did great work!!! I am constantly breaking my phone.. i know i know i need to be more careful. but with these guys around i know i have a place to go when my screen is shattered and i need to get it replaced fast and the work done right! To anyone that has a broken phone or just has some questions, GO TO IWORX!!!!! The guys there know there stuff and stand behind there work.

There are many places these days that fix phones I think this is one of the best in price and service I got my phone done in 30m and the lowest price in the malll , before I dropped it off I asked many questions to make sure these guys know what they are doing , and waited a moth before I write this review to make sure that my phone wont have any problems , thanks again .

I had a great experience here. When I called with a question, they answered right away and were very helpful. I took my phone in that day, and it was fixed within twenty-minutes (there was an issue with the digitizer) for a very fair price. The customer service was great. I even left with a 90-day warranty on the parts they had replaced. I would definitely recommend it!
