I like Harbor Freight a lot, but when i was on the phone with a worker they seemed to not really care. They seem like they did not wanna talk and rushed me to not want me to shop here. i was asking a simple question about a product. and they snaped at me saying ya ya its here to it says the same thing here like the web site. ok bye and then hung up real quick. never had a problem be for in my life.

I live in Pac Heights with plenty of hardware store choices.however I drive across town to Cole Hardware.Why?Because of the excellent service.The staff is professional,courteous and knowledgeable on just about everything.Additionally if you ever want a referral for any kind of service,Larry is your go to guy.I love this place.Gives me an excuse to grab a bite at Ozzies.

Ben wasted so much of my time at the register. He even stopped my transition to walk towards the window to check out a female customer that just walked outside. Unprofessional. I am an avid shopper of this business and Im glad I dont frequent this location. Worst experience at a harbor freight.

Staff there look like they need a lot more training in customer service .but there was one lady that was very helpful others then that I like the store.

The store assistants arent helpful enough and they are not familiar with their own products. The socket set that I ordered had two damaged adapters.
