The new location is crap. Not only are the aisles small and narrow, the service sucks. Do not ask them for anything because they do not want to help. One cashier was working on her own craft project when I went up to tell her there was no one at the cutting counter! They never know whats on sale. If you have proof that there is a sale thats not marked they will tell you..."oh maybe its an online only sale." Like no....it does not say online only on the ad. The manager of the store is just as bad as the staff. He will not help you. If you ask a question hell simply say we dont have it or we dont have time for it. The customer service here sucks. Go to the location in Geneva if you want great customer service.

Always Crafting

Had a wonderful experience with one of the sales ladies. She really helped me figure out everything I needed for a quilting project. I even signed up for a class. The aisles were smaller but a simple "excuse me" and I got by. Its like simple manners arent taught amymore or something. P.s....ever been to michaels? Those are cramped aisles! Thanks Joann for always being my go to happy place!

Stacy the manager here is a rude, unhappy woman. Shes absolutely unhelpful and likes to insult you. Worst Jo-Ann fabrics ever. Theres always a long line and the employees just want you to leave. Which is fine, because Im never coming back here.

Very crowded....mall isles.....nly one person in an isle at a time .....selection smaller especially in the stamping and scrapbooking section.....ot a nice experience

There is a slow service even though they arent busy. They have a limited amount of products compared to thier old location.

Bought material for reupholstering. They have art painting supplies. Frames matting. Crafts and pretty much everything.

Love the store but the music is much too loud for a pleasant shopping experience. I wanted to leave much more quickly.
