Not sure if the previous reviews were truthful or not. However, my experience was not favorable at all. The young woman in the store was very nice on the phone and in person. I went in to buy an I-phone charger. She immediately let me know that it was a FINAL SALE. I wish Id taken that as a hint or red flag. We tested it before I left and it was fine. I work 3 minutes away from the store. The moment I got back to my office, sat at my desk the cord fell from the phone with the metal charger piece detached from the actual cord! I called to let her know, she asked if she could call me back after she spoke with the owner. After 5 minutes she called me back saying he told her "If I take it back I have to come out of my pocket to pay for it....sorry". She said they dont have anything to do with the items that are not affiliated with Boost mobile. She was very apologetic and wished she could help me. I purchased from BOOST MOBILE simply out of convenience and a need to have a charger to leave in my office. THIS STORE DOES NOTHING TO ACCOMMODATE OF ASSIST THE CUSTOMER FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS. What good does it do to be a "middle man" selling defective items and risking your "good" reputation. I will never purchase from this store or any other Boost. Lesson Learned

Mai Tai Heart

This man really takes his time! I had a problem with my T-Mobile phone. It had a bad imei because I got scammed on Craigslist. Not only did he fix it for me but he was $50 cheaper than everyone else I called. He made sure my phone was working even though I didnt buy service from him. (He tried hard tho) this guy is one in a million and deserves your bussiness. Ask for von.

I went to 3 stores at everyone the story was different. This dude got me out the door with 4 phones for $100 with service. Nobody offered that but him. That makes him the best in my book.

Even though this guy is always. Busy, he takes the time out to help me with my stupid questions. I know he is going to hate me for this, but if you have a problem go see vauhn.
