Vic is one of the nicest, smartest, and most patient salesmen that I have ever dealt with. My phone was about to "kick the bucket" for good, and he took me down a very informative avenue of information, and in the right direction. He wasnt pushy at all, offered his knowledge, expertise, and opinion when I wanted it, and provided me with a PERFECT solution. Its unbelievable how well he took care of me - met, and EXCEEDED my expectations! I live in AZ., but if I had the ability, I would come back to Vic and this exact store location for any and all my Verizon needs. Thanks Vic & company!!

I would like to thank David at Wireless City for spending time with me and my husband on our new phone purchase. I must say that David has the best customer service skills I have ever come across. We had been to the Corporate store 3 miles down the road and we had left that store disgusted with their lack of customer service. It was even better than when you call customer support. Make sure you ask for Nicole and Jessie. They are extremely personable, helpful, and dont let you leave until you are completely satisfied. They even extended their contact details in case I needed anything in the future!

I received excellent service from this location, Jessie is a Allstar store manager, who deserves 10 stars. She is very likeable and professional, so you het the beat of both worlds when it comes to customer service. No gimics included with my purchase and she was spot on with the numbers.
