I walked in earlier today May 9th to have my phone checked out as I suspected that I had been hacked. As i walked in I spoke to the young man standing behind the counter - Juan - was his name. He barely acknowledged me. I explained why I was there and handed him my phone. I ask him if he was having a bad day as he appeared to be aggravated that I even came into the store. I reached for my phone to try to show him what it was doing , which I guess upset him more. He made another comment and at that time I told him to give me my phone back. I left the store and went over to another Verizon Store. Lets just say I will never go back to the Verizon Store on Hwy 27 in Lake Wales, Florida. Having Rude Associates working at a location will keep me away .. No worries Juan I will not be back.

Awesome store. Julie is a kind, patient and customer service oriented person. She knows her stuff. This is my store from now on. Thanks for having such a great employee and manager. I had several questions and she took the time to go over all of them and more. I know that if I need her she will be there for me. Thank you Julie!!

Julie couldnt have been more helpful. She gave lots of extra help, answered all my questions. My new share plan bill was 9 pages long and even though I understood most of it she reviewed it and even have a $50 rebate on the way. When I returned she greeting me by name. Good job Julie Winston

This is a Verizon hub store so you wont find everything here but it is convenient and the staff goes above and beyond to help. They even went to a store in Lakeland to get something for us so we did not have to drive the hour each way
