Watch out for deceptive sales tactics! I went in for a phone upgrade and the salesman convinced me to also buy a Verizon Ellipsis tablet he claimed was only going to be $50 due to a promotion. I agreed because I was under the impression that thats all I had to pay for the tablet. He also kept re-iterating how my monthly Verizon bill would be lower than what I was paying before. After I checked my Verizon account the next day, I realized that would not be the case because the tablet included additional fees that were not disclosed initially. Even though the tablet itself was only $50, I would be stuck with a $40 activation fee and a 2 year contract that included a $10/month line fee. So thats an additional $280 for something that I thought was otherwise free. Not to mention, the salesman added a $9/month tablet insurance, which I definitely didnt ask for. I went back to the store the next day to return the tablet due to the deceptive advertising and was charged a $75 restocking fee (another fee I was not told about, of course). Had I not returned the tablet within 3 days after purchasing it, the $40 activation fee would not be waived. Also, if I had waited more than 14 days to cancel the tablet service, Id be charged a $175 early termination fee. The salesman never mentioned any of this to me! I found that out later when I was returning the tablet. I guess I probably shouldve read the fine print but after being a Verizon customer for a decade with no issues, I was not expecting shady business practices from one of their retailers. I will be contacting Verizon corporate office to try to get the restocking fee refunded since the store refused to do so in spite of them selling me the tablet under false pretenses.

Shady with a smile. They were very nice and helpful but after the fact, I realized they signed me up for the phone insurance without me knowing, they gave me the lowest memory phone without offering me a choice, and they didnt sync all my information correctly. Im the most upset that they had me sign on the dotted line without pointing out that they opted me in for the $11 per month insurance. Ive been a Verizon customer for over 10+ years and never have opted into the insurance, so they are just looking out for themselves, not their customers.

Best of the Best for Verizon sales & service! I visited and/or called several local verizon locations before deciding to upgrade my phone here. (Note - Verizon stores can vary greatly in quality and service! Some stores are so unprofessional, its shocking.) This location in the Macedonia Commons has a top-notch manager and plenty of highly intelligent, service-minded associates. They answered all my questions patiently and fully, and clearly stated costs. A very welcoming atmosphere, and no hard-sell. Highly recommended!

This was my first time back in this Verizon at Macedonia Commons and I would just like to say that Tim and Brian the gentleman behind the counter where very kind courteous and very professional I was going to the other Verizon next to Target on State Road 82 but theyre very very unprofessional not kind and I will not return to that store. Again Tim and Brian were very kind I will be returning here they helped me out quite a bit thank you

Love the location. Quick and friendly service. Make you feel at home and not like a number to reach quota. Brian and Tim are awesome. They are ones who usually help me whenever I visit. They answer all my questions, take time to help me understand the products. The Manager Mark is also a cool fella. I recommend this store to everyone.
