Update: Verizon in Hudson continues to disappoint. After seeing this review, the store owner, Travis called me back anxious to help. So far the help effort was to get my 64gb phone replaced. Somehow, despite getting the assurances that theyd do it correctly, they gave me a 32gb phone that I just discovered. And the phone still doesnt work properly. I have since escalated to Verizon management and am awaiting their response. Bottom line is that this store, as a non Verizon owned retailer, appears to only be interested in "getting a sale" and isnt concerned about long term customer satisfaction. Very disappointed in the response I just received from Verizon in Hudson Ohio. I just got my new Samsung S6 about 3 weeks ago. It worked great at first, but after 1 week the Bluetooth stopped connecting to my vehicle. My wifes phone (same exact phone) does not have this problem and my old phone had no problem connecting with my car. I took it back in and they did a "hard" reset which, after reloading all of my data and apps, fixed the issue. Now Im at 1 week later and it has stopped working again. They told me that their technician is only available on Wednesday (which is bad for me) and that they cant give me a new phone anyway because Im past my 2 week return period and that maybe I should take it to a different store or call Samsung. I guess getting the initial sale was enough - servicing the customer afterwards isnt important.

Ive gone to this store twice in attempt to get a new phone. First time, young guy informed me that something was wrong with the computer and hed call me within the next 2 days to get my new phone/service started. He then got into his car right after i got into mine, (so it was obvious his shift was ending).. did not ever receive a call and decided it was OK and didnt care too much and that i would continue using my old phone, as a was unsure of which phone i actually wanted. I decided to go with the iPhone 6s.. so i went in tonight excited about getting a new phone. I walked in and both reps working were working with someone else, with 2 others waiting too. After about 10 minutes, One of the patrons waiting huffed and stormed out, i asked him if he was waiting and he told me he has been for 45 minutes..without being acknowledged. I also was not acknowledged the entire time, up to and including me walking out telling my children, apparently these workers do not see us! I dont mind waiting, but when someone walks into your store, you say HI, be with you shortly.. or something/ anything?!! So annoying... i will not be back to that store again. Rude and do not follow through on business promises.

I was visiting my 98 year old father in Hudson and his cellphone cracked. He really doesnt use it anymore but he loves the pictures and the contacts and he was so upset. I went to the Verizon Store to see if I could buy him a new one. I wont go into the details of how difficult it is to do something on someone elses account without changing the phone number and basically starting all over. Luckily, I was rescued by Quentin Graham, Sales Associate who made multiple phone calls and worked his magic! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and very understanding. He really went above and beyond and my dad was able to keep his phone number and get a new phone. Thank you Quentin for making an elderly man very happy. 5 star experience!!

(Updated) Upgraded a phone and the employees added a data plan to my line to facilitate the process (without asking me first) and then were unable to remove the data plan. Verizon was also unable to remove it so, I have to change plans that resulted in less data, and about $10 extra per month. Complained to store and to Wireless Zone cooperate and NEVER heard anything back. On 7/7, Travis, co owner of the store, contacted me, apologized and basically got it worked out. Thanks Travis.

Couldnt be anymore pleased with the service I received here at this store! I came in not really knowing what I wanted but I was helped by an amazing staff and left the store very confident in what I received there. I recommend this store to anyone who wants to be in an environment that wont rush you and will make you feel comfortable throughout your shopping experience.

I was at their other Verizon store in Wadsworth today and came to visit a friend for dinner in Hudson. My phone freaked out after dinner so we swung by this store. It took them a minute, BUT they were reprogramming my phone that 15 years ago would have been considered a super computer. I guess 15 minutes seems fair. You guys rock!

The people that work there are great! Couldnt recommend this branch more. They are so much happier to work with you and take the time to inform you of your options. They never made me feel rushed to make a decision and dont hover over you. Things run very smoothly and the employees really seem to like what they are doing.

Came into the store half hour before closing because my phone was broke, and Quentin was so wonderful staying late to get me fixed up with the newest iPhone that was just the right fit for my needs. The service he provided and his willingness to accommodate the late hour was great service. Thumbs up!!!

Quentin was extremely helpful and helped us find the best solution for our problem. He was very patient and didnt get frustrated even when I asked many questions. He was also helpful with evaluating our plan. The atmosphere was relaxed and it wasnt a hire pressure sales situation.

This is the friendliest and most helpful phone store I have gone to. They help me find the best deal for me and help me put cases and screen protectors on my devises. Even when I moved out of Hudson I still went to this location.
