Sales associate was nice and knowledgeable. The biggest problem was not offering the same deals that corporate Verizon offers. Verizon was offering a buy one, get one, for the Galaxy S5. This place wouldnt honor it. If you are going to be a Verizon dealer, whether you are a satellite store or corporate, you should offer the same services and deals.

Slow and unknowledgeable employees. Manager sits on the phone without acknowledging customers presence while the circus occurs around him. Find a different Verizon store to spend your money. Manager doesnt care if you spend it here.
