This store treated my elderly mother horribly! She purchased an LG Lucid phone. This phone could not find her wi-fi in her home. We went back to the store and was told to unplug the router and plug back in. I told them that my phone was connected to the wi-fi. We tried this and the phone did find the wi-fi but said that it was not in range. I was in the room with the router! We went back to the store to return the phone. They made no attempt to offer her a new phone or a different phone. Instead, they charged her a $35.00 restocking fee plus an additional $15.00. My mom paid cash for the phone and they had her put $10.00 on her Discover card. They then credited her $18.00 on her card and did not give her cash back. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!! THEY AR DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!

Stopped at this store after losing my phone to find out about an insurance claim. The woman helping me said that I had insurance, to make a claim with assurion. Made a claim with assurion only to be told I didnt have coverage. Called this location again and the manager told me he could sign me up with open enrollment and I could make a claim within 24-48 hours. I called after 24 hours to make a claim and still had no coverage. Called Verizon and they said I just signed up so I couldnt make a claim for 30 days. Either they dont know what they are doing or they are dishonest. Dont care, I wont be going back

Chad the manager is the best,I have delt with him for a few years. Always takes care of me and answers all questions and helps new phone set up. He always checks my plan and makes sure it is the best for my family and I. I will stop in just to say hi when Im out shopping. If you want great honest help,Chad is your man.
