Theses people suck sold me a charger for 26bucks didnt work went exchanged got a other one didnt work then it was suspose to be now my phone didnt work so got my warranty to kick in on a 4month old phone that I bought in this same store and pay 15bucks to get a new one and then they called me knowing that the phone dont but they couldnt leave a voicemail letting me know that I had 24hour to pick up the new phone so finally went a had a chance to go 3days later when they got the from they send it back to warranty so now I have to wait a hole month to do it again and lost 15bucks people suck with communication I know alot people in this area and would not recommend this place at all

Terrible service! Security guard tries to tell you what metro can and cant do (plus he was eventually proven wrong) He agents had no idea what they were doing. When asked to flash my phone, the agent said "I dunno, I might be able to do it. How about you leave it here and swing by tomorrow to see if it worked" I encourage everyone to steer clear of this place.
