Wow! Seriously!?! I called this place and offered them a slightly used large side by side stainless steel refridgerator for free if they would pick it up.They accepted my offer and had me waiting for them to show up all day yesterday until 7pm. I called them several times to see why they hadnt showed up and was reassured each time that "the driver" would be by to pick it up. Guess what? They were a no show. My mistake for not reading their reviews (1.4 stars) first before contacting them. A simple "hey we dont want it" or a "sorry, were really busy right now" would have been nice. If I could rate this place for its BS, Id give it 5 stars. If I could rate their customer service/professionalism a negative number, I would. Be afraid...very afraid.

They are not professional at all. Took 3 days just to replace a hose. I have a Maytag, this part should be at store. They tell you between 10-12 but show up hours later. Late all 3 times.Charge you a high service call rate. Say that it goes towards repair ,then charge double to really make experience bad.Should have gone with someone off craigslist would have been better.

Paid 350 for a washer and dryer and rented a van. Got them home and hooked up. Dryer does not get hot. They sent a repair guy out who changed the sensor and left. Dryer still does not work. I wanted to buy a set from an ad for 100, but my husband thought a shop would be safer. Very disappointed.
