Cool shop with some good pieces and unique items. A little over priced and it wouldve gotten a higher rating if I had not had the experience I did today. I was looking at some ceramic nail heads for my oil rig and when I picked one to get I expressed my concern that it might not fit to my boyfriend, the guy who was working(who I have never seen there before) reassured us that it would fit "any piece" and that if it did not fit we could bring it back and get a refund as long as it "was clean". I was surprised he mentioned this because I did not think head shops did returns/refunds but upon hearing this opted to buy it and hope that it fit. Sure enough I get home and the nail does not even come close to fitting over the stem on my rig. Wrapped the nail back up and went straight back to hide tide and when the boyfriend tried returning it the guy claimed they didnt do refunds and that there was a "sign on the door". First of all there is no sign that states any such thing and second there would never have been an issue if we werent promised a refund! I felt tricked into the sale and although we were able to get store credit(we just got the bigger size which managed to fit our piece) it felt very deceiving and for the price I paid I wouldve liked to been more informed than just guaranteed it would fit any size piece. I will definitely be sticking to asylum sights and sounds, great prices and friendly helpful staff.

Sold a concentrate pen to a friend of mine who was looking to buy a vape battery. Sad! Gain more knowledge on your product before you sell broken and non-working products to people who dont know better. Would avoid this place unless you like being sold terrible and incorrect product. -smoke shop employee

Had the product I was looking for in stock, competitive price to the web. The guy working was knowledgable, took the time to explain how to use the product (vape)- overall great experience. Store was clean and well organized. Would shop there again.

The guy who usually staffs it will often come in late or lock up early so call first of youre going close to those times. I knocked on the door one time 10 min before close and he just ignored me.

Nice shop. Lots of merchandise and a wide variety of selection of different items of all sizes, shapes and styles. Over priced... but they had apparel which can be hard to find. Good selection.

They have a huge product range especially with incense - lovely blends from all over. Plus their supplies are extensive. Staff very helpful. A cool Thai restaurant next door too!
