VERY VERY BAD CISTOMER SERVICE!!! I wil NEVER buy in this particular store!!!!!! I went to this store with my 2yo daughter and nephew and they were standing in front of the figurine ornaments for the xmas trees when the sales associate very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL asked me if they were mine to which question I replied with a yes. He tells me to move them because they are very very fragile, while i have more than $150 worth in merchandise ready to pay. I left the merchandise I was ready to purchase because his arrogant attitude and rudeness PISSED ME OF.As I left the store, he started talking about us with 2 other sales associates without even apologizing. Its DISNEY STORE which I believe is meant for children to have a "cheap" closer look to Mickey and everything that evolves Disney; Also, if the ornaments are so fragile, why not keep them behind the registers instead of keeping them on the salesfloor right in the middle of the store to the childrens reach? They lost 2 BIG SALES (mine and my sisters) over $13

The staff on the floor was very polite and answered my questions, however, when I went to pay there was no one there. On Sunday June 25th in the mid-afternoon, I ask a couple of employees and they said the person would be right back. After about 5 minutes a person who was to the side the register straighten the inventory ask if I wanted to buy the item. I know she saw me ask others but I guess she wanted to finish her task before ringing me up. Since the item I was purchasing was a gift, I bought it, otherwise I would not have continued with my purchase. She also rather bluntly informed me that the store has gone green, no longer gave away bags and I can purchase a bag for a couple of dollars ( I needed that size bag due to the size of the item ). I was not giving the store another penny! I gave the date and a rough time I hope management looks into her.

A Disney store...in Florida...the state that is home to Disney World seems a tad redundant. Shelves were packed and its always nice seeing the different character merchandise. I didnt buy anything, just browsed.

Ive got few gifts here the other day and was pleased with transaction. Staff is helpful and selection is decent. It is good that there are specs for how old the child should be for a selected toy.

My inner child really loves this place. The staffs always been chipper and helpful, and most of the time, the selection is pretty good. One of my favorite purchases has been my Baymax plush. :)
