I want to start off by saying the waitress was awesome, very kind, but I had a party of three. One of my party had ordered meat loaf and we had waited over 20 minutes and the waitress had came over to apologize that they was out of meat loaf and was not told sooner. So they had to order something else. Drinks was filled, my order was not made correctly. After was made correctly it tasted burned and one of my party mac and cheese was looking like it was scrapped from the sides or however. The manager never did came over to check on things like normally do but the waitress did and done best he could do. Havent ever had a bad experience before. Dont even wont to give a star but I am due to the fact of the waitress.

Angie was absolutely fantastic tonight!! I wish she could train all the servers, she is truly the best server ive ever had. My family of 4 ate out tonight right at 530 dinner rush, our glasses were never empty, when I asked for ranch dressing she brought it right over (Ive gotten used to asking for something and waiting 15 minutes for it when dining out) she was so friendly and nice but not over baring at all, she knew what we needed at got right to it. I just cant day enough about her service. Even when thanking her for her wonderful service she smiled and said "thats how its supposed to be" ❤ I hope management values her!!

I went for an interview the manager John flipped my application over back and forth at least ten times, went and took a phone call, come back flipped some more and then said we do 3 interviews. I will call tomorrow to set up another. He didnt care to even look at my application. I am struggling because i lost my job back in June and I cant find one. I had 10 years in with that company. He could have at least looked at it. Management there is terrible. Dont try working there or eating there

Waitress did not refill drinks, my husband had to go get it his self. Part of the food came out cold. Waitress forgot our bread. I asked for steak sauce and again my husband had to go get some his self. We asked for the manager, who was very polite, fixed all the problems and even discounted our meal for all the problems. But by that time I was so frustrated I just left. They use to have excellent food and service not sure what had happened.

Closed 2 days for improvement. Today i visited afterwards. Begged for a refill, never got it from our waiter Micah. Ask to speak to a manger and was told they were busy and i would have to wait. Gor up to pay and one register open for 8 guest. Slow as christmas with no desire to provide basic customer service. Drive to the next one.

I really like Cracker Barrel they have a variety of things you can eat the food is always good the people are friendly people theres always something for anybody to eat if you cant find anything to eat theres something wrong with you you can eat breakfast all day long or you can get a meal or vegetables theres something for everyone

Conveniently located just off of Hwy I-85. Great food at reasonable prices, plus you can shop/enjoy the country store after you eat. Employees are always welcoming & friendly. Bathrooms are always clean as well. Can be very crowded at lunch & dinner times so I recommend dining between 3pm or 4pm to enjoy a quieter meal.

Not sure I will return. Ordered carry out meal, 35 minutes later they come and tell me they dont have the item I ordered so I ordered something else; 20 minutes later I get my meal. Most of my lunch break was spent waiting on food that looked pretty pathetic when finally opened. Hope that isnt the usual service.

My most favorite meal here is the seasonal camp fire meals. They really are SO good. Our waiter took the time to quickly place my order separate from my husbands to ensure I got that last one they had made. It was a great experience. Our waiter doted on us even though it was really REALLY busy.

The Server being trained was not given a chance as the trainer was rushing her into making us feel rushed. ...bad situation that speaks poorly of the way new staff is treated by existing staff. This is a Mgmt issue that shouldnt have led to the new trainee being fired /let go!

Finally tried the beef camp fire meal, and it was great! The beef was very juicy and tender. The veggies were flavorful. The entire experience was outstanding. Even my 3 ye old grandson enjoyed his meal and had to order extra side of broccoli, it was so good.

The food is always consistently delicious! No matter what you choose from the massive menu(s), the quality never wavers from one Cracker Barrel to another. Great food at great prices! The location is very convenient too.

Service was good, food was par, very crowded, had to park across main road. Parking here is not worth it. Between the overcrowded conditions and lack of parking I now remember why I dislike going there

Its Cracker Barrel. It fits that standard for the chain. Breakfast all day, lunch is good, dinner .... meh. All in all this is a good representation of the chain.

Southern cooking fair price food not as good as when it first opened way back... Some foods there now come from a can .use to all be fresh cooked from raw veggies

Pork chop tasted awful. Macaroni and cheese was out of a box. I have eaten at other cracker Barrell s that were a lot better. The waitress was very good though.

Frozen patties for hamburger steak was to tough. Sent it back, and it came back tougher than the 1st one. Gravy was more water than gravy. Very Unsatisfied

We usually get good service at this Cracker Barrel. It usually has a lot of people here but if you go at off peak times, the wait times are not too bad.
