My husband and I went into this store today to purchase a stool that I have been wanting for some time. The stool itself was not cheap, even for Burlington standards. We picked up the stool and a few other items and proceeded to the checkouts. There was only one open so it wasnt like we had a choice of who to go to. There were two women standing stocking merchandise by the registers with their backs to us. We laid our items in the counter, except for the stool, and waited.....and waited....and waited. Until a girl came from the back, walked towards us, and just kept walking after seeing us standing there with no one helping us. I then went over to the two women and asked if someone could please help us. One of the women didnt even act like she heard us. The other woman sighed and rolled her eyes at me and come to the counter. Here is the part that makes me the most mad : at no point did this woman say a single word to us. I mean nothing. I was furious at the point and took my receipt out of her hand and left. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time and I have already contacted their corporate office about this disgusting customer service from ALL of the people working there.

Purchased over $200 dollars, and the cart lockup after I pushed it out of the store::: What kind of service is this. They knew the cart would lock, so WHY didnt they tell me this abd OFFER HELP TO get my purchase to my car. .. very disappointed. Change ftom 2 stars to 1.. Still upset about it..
