This Kmart is reasonably clean and organized. Sometimes the arrangement of items makes it a bit crowded. Prices are not bad, but not as good as Wal-Mart. They do have valued customer coupons and deals if you sign up, and those can be pretty decent if you spend enough there each year. They have a minimal grocery section, but are somewhat comparable to a Wal-Mart. I like the convenience of having them on Cherry Road, as there arent any other stores near there with the same quality of clothing along with selection of other goods.

Absolutely ridiculous return policy. My 2 year old received a bunch a cute outfits for her birthday. All 1 size too small. Brought in my bag of clothes with tags still on them & not allowed to exchange for the right size because I dont have the receipt. What the heck am I supposed to do with 10 brand new outfits of the wrong size!? Will NEVER shop here & will make sure my family doesnt ever get her anything from KMart again.

Every time I go to this store, check out our a minefield. I attempt to use my Save Your Way points, and EVERY SINGLE TIME there is an issue that requires calling a manager. More than one theyve told me to call the customer service number for the program *as I stood in line to do the transaction*! Its ridiculous.

Poor selection. Many items are not priced. Many items are in the wrong location. (Better check the shelf label, I needed a can opener. There was one with a tag that said $2.99. When I got to the register, it was $7.49. She said "It must have been on the wrong hook.") Dollar General is better.

Was on the phone for 20 min in reference to tubes. Kim, the associate was extremely rude, only to come back, after I called back, with no we dont VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!

My experience here was frustrating. Aisles were narrow. The number of people made the congestion worse. Prices were misleading.

Very big, including groceries, outdoor Dept.,as well as the usual departments. Very clean and the sales staff was helpful.
