I really dont like putting a bad review on any business, let alone a Family Christian Bookstore, but Im really disappointed and a little hurt by my most recent experience. My little 8 year old girl has recently been baptized after giving her heart to Jesus, and we thought, for Christmas we would gift her with a very special Bible. After searching the whole store and their amazing selection of Bibles, I found the perfect one! Its purple with little butterflies! It even had the most perfect Bible verse pre-engraved! Now, all that was left, was putting her name on it and Christmas is complete. Well, not so much. Apparently, I had to pay an extra 7 dollars for the "pre-engraved" verse on top of the 9 dollars for her name! I explained to Bridgett how I didnt think this was ethical as I didnt ask for the engraving and if anything, I should be getting a discount as this Bible was clearly a return item. She wouldnt have it and I, like I said in the beginning, am terribly disappointed by her lack of understanding. Needless to say, I will not be going back to that location. Thank you Bridgette and Merry Christmas.

I love Family Christian!!! Every time I go into any of the stores I am greeted immediately and helped with anything I need. I live right by the store off of Southside and let me say that I enjoy going in there just to look because I love the employees so much!!! Great store and great people!!! Also, they have EVERYTHING in there and it all focuses on Jesus... How awesome is that!!! Thank you Family Christian!!

I have always gone the this store for items for our church ladies gifts for events. Inspirational coffee mugs & jewelry. Not to mention the great job the do on personalization of bibles for communion & baptismal items. I love this store.

Terrible. Bought book, which employee said was the same as one that was opened. IT WAS NOT. And now they refuse exchange. I see how they do business.
