Ive been coming here for years. Weighed against other bookstores in the area like the bookstore near 434/17-92 where they only offer trade ins of upto 50% off with no cash option and obnoxiously unfriendly help (compared to the totally decent people at bright light) My only complaint is the lack of a conspiracy/speculation/new age section. Youd think with such a huge library of theology books that their would be a section for alternative spirituality. Their DVDs are reasonably priced (esp. in comparison to the competition) and I often find new criterion movies there (which I collect) GET A NEW AGE SECTION.

I sent my elderly father in with a box of antique books that Id already researched to be worth a couple hundred dollars expecting an offer around a third or half of that and then to negotiate from there. They pressured him into selling the best books in the box for $22 and told him the other books were garbage because of their condition (they are not, I have sold several in similar condition). This is a horrible place and I wouldnt recommend anyone go here. They pressured and ripped off an elderly man trying to do a favor for his son.

Its a quiet little second hand bookshop, they have great deals and they offer store credit when you bring books, DVDs or even cds. If you love books or are hunting down some old dvds this is the place. Their selection has textbooks, comic books, young adult books, self help, game guides and manga. If you are looking for something that has been out for a long time this is way better (and cheaper) than going to Barnes and noble. They also have popular series like game of thrones for much cheaper than retail.

I had a lot of unused books fro school that I needed to get rid of. I was about to take them by Salvation Army when I noticed this place on the way. They bought almost all of my books and kept the ones they didnt want to buy (cause I didnt want them back) and gave me a store credit of $90 (or $45 cash). They have a pretty good selection of random DVDs and a ton of books. Everyone was very nice and welcoming.

This place is pure brilliance! I have been here many times to both buy and sell things. The prices on their for sale items is very reasonable, ( I now never buy seasons of TV shows anywhere else because you just wont find prices like that at other places). Also the prices they give you for the things you sell to them are the best of any used bookstore Ive been to. I definitely recommend this place!

This place is awesome! Well organized, friendly people and awesome selection. If youre looking for something, they more than likely have it. Very reasonably priced also, they also give you credit for what you bring in, and the newer the book, the better the discount! I love it. Going there tomorrow :) again!

I AM sadden to say that I will not be selling books there in the future, went in with a series of 4 brand new books. Was offered only an eight dollar credit. went back and they are selling one of the books for you guessed it 8 dollars... This is sad that they have taken advantage of us in this way!

For the size of this place I was impressed by its variety of books and CDs for sale. I believe most of the items in the store were pre-owned, however everything is reasonably priced and the quality from what Ive seen is from good to excellent.

Excellent selection of books and graphic novels. This is how a bookstore should look. It would be nice if there were a few more chairs to sit and check out a couple selections, but the place is too full of books to accommodate that.
