I took my ASUS laptop here for a relatively easy repair (of the power adapter port). I was told Id receive a call with an estimated repair price, which I didnt receive. I had to call them. I went ahead with the repair, and Im happy with the result. Although the price seemed a bit steep, I was happy to pay it to have the laptop fixed! When I got the laptop home, I realized that the technician failed to replace one of the screws in the bottom of the laptop. Thats just sloppy, and I would hesitate to take anything to this place again for that reason.
