My husband got 2 watches sized. Then returned to get my engagement ring sized only to have 3 diamonds knocked out of it.To think we gave you business only for us to come back after your careless mistake and be racially profiled. I guess ever since they were robbed they should treat every black customer like a possible robber/suspect. I guess we should all assume every person from the Middle East is a terrorist? As soon as my husband asked where the Rolex watch selection was the mom/owner replied "theres nothing in the vault, the insurance doesnt cover us on Sunday" ummm excuse me? We have more education than you and your entire family combined. How dare you speak to him like a thief or someone who would steal. This lady and her family should be thankful for the opportunity of a business in someone elses country. Never again. Id rather take my money elsewhere, I have a better chance in Boca. Where my husband whos helping you make a living doesnt have to be racially profiled and targeted. If your a black male who is simply just black. Do yourself a favor and dont even walk in the door. Save yourself the disrespect

I was looking for a place to have some links taken off of my ceramic watch that I had just received. I live in Deerfield Beach so did a Google search and ended up at Class Jewelers. The young gentlemen that helped me on Friday afternoon could not of been any nicer. He was able to take the links off of my watch while I waited. The next day I realized I needed to have one more link taken off and wanted to have my gold wedding rings changed to white gold so he told me how they do it. I left my watch and rings there and came back later in the day and could not of been any happier. I felt like my 20 year old wedding rings were brand new. Thank you very much.. And will have no problem recommending Class Jewelers.

Walked into this jeweler today because I needed to have my wedding ring repaired, and Google told me this one was nearby. As soon as I was buzzed in, the man at the counter disappeared into the back before acknowledging me. He never returned. Another man seated at a desk near the counter didnt even look up, even though I was standing only a few feet away from him. I stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge or greet me. No one did. I walked out. Will take my business to a jeweler that treats customers with respect.

Recently purchased a beautiful watch from Class Jewelers. I heard through a friend that they were great to work with so I googled them. Im a first time buyer for a diamond watch and the experience could not of been any better. I was helped by a women who was exceptionally nice and she helped me narrow down the right watch with in my price budget. I loved the watch that I purchased at Class Jewelers! Will be going back for future jewelry purchases. Prices are great as well.

Horrible service! I was told the repair on my gold chain would be ready on Saturday. I called noon on Saturday to see if it was ready and was told it would be ready by 5pm and someone would call. No one called and now its Tuesday, no call from them again. I called , they couldnt find the chain and finally found it and its ready. Stay tuned for the details on the repair... I dont have high hopes.... Do yourself a favor and dont go here!

careful these people, specifically the owner from India, is fradulent. ripped me off for promised watch repair..had to call the Police to get it back..and i got it! STAY AWAY if your smart..talk to their retail neighbors for more fraud stories .im contacting regulatory agencies to stop them from further fraud.

BE AWARE! "WE BUY GOLD" SCAMMERS! Brought in my 14k gold chain, they told me it was 10k and gave me $80 for it. I found out it was really 14k and should have got $140! Avoid this place for your business!
