Great experience! Last year I spent a few weeks looking for an engagement ring for my soon to be wife. I visited stores from Rock Hill, SC, Charlotte, NC up towards Lake Norman. My fiancé was in love with emarald cut diamonds in a halo setting(very hard to find). I had found a few that I really liked at Jared, Diamonds Direct, Brownlee, and a few other places. All of the rings were within my budget and I was struggling to decide as a few of the options were not certified or were of mediocre quality. I got off of work late one evening and stopped by Malak Jewelers for the first time. I am a frustrating customer because I am not open to opinion or suggestions, I always know exactly what I am looking for. The first person I spoke with was Sam. I told him what I was looking for and he did something different than each other jeweler I visited had done. He went through a huge selection of loose stones with their value and quality, listed and certified in front of me as I compared the stones. I found the perfect stone. Not to brag but, the stone was flawless and this was important because of the cut. He then set the stone in a designer halo setting with dozens of flawless stones. In the back of my mind I was feeling I would never be able to afford this ring that we just built and I knew was perfect for my fiancé. I told Sam what my budget was after an hour of putting the ring together. HE SOLD ME THE RING! this was the largest cash purchase I had ever made and I didnt even hesitate, it was also the best investment I had ever made. The stone was valued at 2 times my budget and the setting was more than half my budget. Needless to say, I walked out feeling as though I had hustled them. My fiancé has gotten so many compliments on her ring and every time she does it makes me feel great. She couldnt be happier with it. We went back and purchased our wedding bands a few months ago as well. AGAIN, great price and superb quality. With my wedding approaching in 2 weeks I tried on my wedding band again and realized that after losing a few pounds, it was too big. My band was special ordered months ago. Im a superintendent in the construction field, so I went for a tungsten ring. The only downside of tungsten is that it cannot be re-sized. Under the impression that I wouldnt be able to exchange the ring because it was special orderded, I decided to go by and try my luck again. As I came in I was again greeted by Sam, and he remembered me since the first time we met. I told him the issue and he actually swapped the ring with one he had on display. The ring he gave me was more expensive and I offered to pay the difference. With a smile he set me one the way with a better ring at no cost. Its hard to argue great customer service and a pleasant attitude, not to mention, the great selection provided at a managable cost. Malak Jewelers is the only jewelry store I will shop at since I made my first purchase there. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING A RELIABLE AND HONEST BUSINESS. THANK YOU SAM FOR BEING SO PLEASANT AND WILLING TO HELP. MALAK DESERVES A BIT OF PRAISE ON BEHALF OF A GREATFUL CUSTOMER.

Words do absolutely NO justice in describing how much I love this place. I recently bought my now fiancees engagement ring from Malak. I went to nearly a dozen jewelers around the Charlotte area. I recently moved from out of town and did not know who was reputable. Malak treated me like family from the moment I stepped foot on property. I was met by Asaad Malak (the owner) as I came through the door with a bright smile. He immediately began talking to me in a manner as if he knew me. He didnt immediately pressure me into seeing his finest and most expensive pieces for me to buy. He got to know my mannerisms and the dynamics of my relationship to get a feel for me as a human and my tastes. He then offered me a beverage (non alcoholic of course) as he introduced me to Sam. Sam was just as awesome. I did not bring my fiancee with me as it was my desire to surprise her. After describing her to him, he pulled out multiple pieces that closely resembled her. I am a very particular person, especially when it comes to a decision like this. Sam was VERY patient with me as he spent hours with me going over extreme details of my likes and dislikes over each piece. He narrowed me down to three rings that I wanted to sleep on. He encouraged me to shop around to other dealers as he was very confident I would not find either better deals or better jewelry elsewhere. He even went as far as to say in the event I do like something else more than what he had to offer, to give him a chance to earn my business even though he was confident I would be hard pressed to find better. HE WAS RIGHT! No other jeweler came close to matching Malaks professionalism, value, and/or quality! Not only do they have good product, but they are just down right likable people! They are people you want to do business with and be a part of your special moments in life. My fiancee has described her engagement ring as absolutely perfect. Happy her means a happy me!!! UPDATE: I went back in a couple months later to get my fiancees ring adjusted size wise. As soon as I walked through the door, Mr. Malak recognized me immediately and was excited to meet my fiancee and hear the story of how the engagement took place. He even went as far as to ask about my job as he remembered the things we casually spoke about months before when I was shopping for the ring set. My fiancee immediately saw what I saw in Mr. Malaks team and wanted to immediately sit down and start looking for my wedding band. I think it is safe to say that I will be going to Malaks jewelers for any and all of my jewelry needs for as long as they will have me! Sorry for the long response but these guys are really that awesome, especially Mr. Malak and Sam!

Malak Jewelers is truly the place to go for all around fantastic experience starting from the moment you walk in the door. My husband and I first went to Malak when we were looking at engagement rings. It was the first store we looked at. The selection and the quality was incredible. But being my true self, I asked my husband to check out a few other places to make sure we were getting the best deal and the best quality. After checking out 4 other local and reputable places, no other experience even came close to what we had a Malak Jewelers. We went back and had the pleasure of working with Sam. He was absolutely fantastic! The entire experience was truly outstanding! His knowledge was incredible, he was so helpful and he truly made our shopping trip memorable. At no point did I feel like we were rushed and I never felt like our wishes were not 100% respected. We knew that day that Malak would be our forever jewler! Sam has also helped me when purchasing my husbands wedding watch and most recently they repaired the clasp on a necklace that holds incredible value to my husband, free of charge. If you are looking for a jewler that has an incredible selection, a friendly and very knowledgeable staff and one that will give you the best quality for the best value, go to Malak. Theyll treat you like family!
