Not helpful, trying to check status of shipment, all the employee can do is look at the computer and say I dont know call this number. No parking available due to the bookstore customers next door takes all the available spaces.

Great service, Ive gone twice for printing pictures and Danelia was very helpful. Will definitely be going back and recommend. This FedEx location is not the one next to Barns and Nobel.
