It took a week for nothing to be done on my computer even though I was told that it would be looked at by "tomorrow". There were several left messages and a handwritten note on the door, and they were all blatantly ignored. The store never seems to be available to walk in as well. Im aware that events in life can take you away from work, but that does not excuse you from not taking five minutes to tell someone what is happening to their computer. (Or in this case, not happening).

Mike did a FABULOUS job! I went in thinking I would need a new computer and spend my whole tax refund on it. He was able to set me up in a refurbished computer (that looks and functions like its brand new) AND moved all my old data from my old computer to the new one for a VERY reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend Mike for ANY computer needs you may have. 5 stars and many thanks!!

These guys are the best.The prices are affordable abd the customer service is good. Recently l had Mike install word doc and had trouble w/ a doc he was kind enough to help me out.Highly recommend IT tech/sotre for any computer services or PC issue.
