They refused to go to bat on my behalf on a tablet that had fallen 6 inches and shattered the glass. Walmart would have done better. This was the last nickel Ive spent with Staples. There is much better competition out there. Too bad; I used to spend thousands there and used to recommend it to my clientèle. No more.
