I recently found a dog running down an extremely busy road in the area. I searched high and low for the owners and had no luck, so I decided to stop at Petco to pick up some food to hold the dog over until I could figure something out. The employees were extremely helpful, and once they found out my situation, they insisted on giving me enough free sample food bags for him so I wouldnt have to purchase any. They also gave me a discount on the dog shampoo I bought so I could give him a bath. To top it off, the dog decided to go to the bathroom on the floor in the store and they were so quick to let me know it was no problem and insisted that they clean it up. Thanks for your help, Petco!

The manager of the stor uses profanity all the time. I was recently at the stor and saw him curse out a gentlman looking for a product and threatened him by saying to the customer "You Better Watch Your Back" Several patrons saw this and children. The place needs to be re staffed starting with all managers who know how to use the english dictionary without the use of profanity. This is UNACCEPTABLE and the police should have been called on the manager.
