As someone who doesnt like chain petsores, i have to say im impressed with this location. They dont sell hamsters, which are usually mistreated, or other high maintenance animals that would be neglected in the event of an uncaring or absent staff member. That out of the way, they keep only a few turtles in an appropriate sized habitat, and the aquariums are clean and healthy-looking at the very least. The staff is incredibly helpful and one member had a wealth of knowledge about turtles who was able to help me with a complex problem, and recommend an exotic vet. The cashier staff are kind and quick to drop everything and jump on a register when the line is getting medium sized, ensuring there is never a long wait. I was even given a great discount on an aquarium decoration when it was damaged. All in all, this is the only location for a chain petstore i will go to anymore. Other locations/stores should learn from the example this store is giving in both the treatment of animals, and guests.

Bought an aquarium heater for my aquaponics system and asked why the heater was so cheap and if it was a clearance item, the employee checked in the computer and said nope its normal price. Hey great deal, until I put it in my tank and later looked at the attachment that came with it and it had green dried ally and fungus all over it. Big time fail I hope this used product didnt give my Koi a disease! When I returned it and expressed my concerns about it the employees definitely couldnt care less. Another great adventure and shopping experience with employees going through the motions and collecting a paycheck!

Customer service was extremely rude. Accused us of lying about canceling a class, when we called the day of and were told it was the following day. The following day we went in to get a partial refund only to be treated horrible by customer service in person, to the point of them interrupting us when they pulled out their cell phone and told us to wait as they answered a personal call. I would never recommend anyone waste their time here. Far better alternatives near by with better service and quality products.

Got a New Pup a Chow Chow. Since, Im a New Dog and Puppy owner I had a lot of Questions. The Staff was So, Friendly and fell in love with Tyson when they saw him. LOL! They were quick to answer any and all my questions and very Helpful. Im glad I went there with Tyson! He was happy to meet the Staff as well. Thanks Guys!

Its a pretty standard PetSmart, its well-stocked however and carries tons of options. We use the Banfield Pet Hospital here in they have always been caring and courteous when we bring our pets. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and Im confident that they will always do a good job when caring for my pets.

The one on canoga and victory is cleaner and nicer both serve doggie for a hotel and doggie day camp ; this doggie hotel may be better then canoga victory store because canoga victory store doggie hotel they get a grade "F" because they didnt take my dog to the bathroom his whole stay overnight!!

Booked grooming appointments online and received confirmation of both via text...got a phone call from someone at the store advising that they could not meet either appointment...blaming a system problem and had nothing else available during the week...absolutely ridiculous...done using petsmart
