The sales consultant Sesily made me feel like an inconvenience and was VERY rude and unhelpful. She ordered the wrong ring for me and I had to cancel my flight so I could be here to pick it up. Now I have to wait another two weeks, cutting it really close to my next flight. Now Ive been married for a month and my SO STILL doesnt have their wedding ring!!

They have DIFFERENT jewelry than the Zales stores that you find in malls, its nice though - they really are cheaper! I love outlet stores.
