BEST customer service and the NICEST people! My fiancee had just proposed on the top of Half Dome with a ring 2 sizes too big and I was desperate to find a jewelry store that could resize it same day as we were flying out the next. None of the other jewelry stores I called would commit to it (saying they had to see the ring first, or just that they couldnt), but after checking with the jeweler, Yarnal told me to come right over! Long story short, ring sizing is apparently tricky, and although my finger got stuck and Windex-ed free in the size 4.75, sizing down to 5 was too big... 4.75 also too big... and finally, the sizing down to 4.5 fit! Ralph was happy and committed to making sure I walked out of there happy with a perfect ring. Who else would resize it 2 times, all for the same price? While we were waiting, we talked to Sherry about how they started the business -- Sherry was a gemologist, but couldnt find a jeweler she liked in SF to work with, so Ralph, a computer engineer, went to school to learn all the skills so they could open the store together. What a great husband & wife team. Nothing but glowing things to say about Yarnal! The jewelry I saw while browsing the store was very pretty, and, at least from the ring resizing, prices reasonable. They also showed us software where you could design your own jewelry and have them make it -- she was working on a gorgeous ruby ring for a client. Whenever Im in the area, Im definitely coming here for my jewelry needs!

I found Yarnal Jewelers upon raising funds to get women to a safe place. Sherry (owner) her the cry for help and IMMEDIATELY answered the call. As I looked around at the wonderful artisitic creations and the royal colors of purple, I knew I was in the presence of Royalty...Gods royalty. I was very impressed also that one of the employees was there with an oxygen tank...and that she felt safe there, too. I have NEVER seen a business do that...I thought that was truly awesome for the company to hire this woman....incredible!!!
