Hilda worked with my future hubby to design my beautiful engagement ring a few years ago and we couldnt be happier!! Hilda went out of her way to make the process fun, exciting and stress free. The quality, service, craftsmanship and price are beyond compare!! Honest repair person who did an excellent cleaning of my water damaged Seiko watch that would not even tick. The watch needed a thorough cleaning, and kept perfect time once cleaned. He also does the little extras like adjusting the watch bands. I go here regularly to replace my my watch batteries, as hes always been able to open to toughest cases and insures its well sealed when done.

I took my Seiko watch to this shop for cleaning. It didnt work right afterwards and I had to take it somewhere else to be repaired. I was assured that the owner (who worked on the watch) was familiar with the watch and its movement. Maybe he was, but his work didnt show it. I went to Almaden Clock on Camden and was very impressed with their work.

They replaced the stem and crown on my Tag Heuer watch. Another Cupertino watch repair shop didnt have the parts in stock, and said it could take up to 6 weeks for the repair; M & N had parts in stock and had it done in one day, as promised.
