I guess Dell Williams has too much business. I went into Dell Williams wearing a silk shirt and jeans. The lady at the counter was working on the Rolex display. I had to engage her to get her attention. I asked her about the watches, she barely had the interest to answer me. She showed me some gold loop ear rings that I was shopping for as a gift for my wife. The clerk pulled them out to show me with the so little interest or enthusiasm I knew I would not be buying them. The price was unbelieveably high. With the jewelry store across the street going out of business, its interesting to me that DW was such a turn off. I have been shopping down town Santa Cruz and occasionally at DW for 30 years. They made it very clear they do not need my business. I will not be returning and will mention my experience to everyone I know.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased gifts and had some jewlery repaired and cleaned. I like that they are conveniently located in downtown Santa Cruz and that they are a family-owned and run business. You can find anything from a Rolex to a lovely candle holder within their store. Id recommend them to all of my friends, family, and coworkers. Keep up the outstanding service.
