I bought several pairs of shoes for my kids during the holidays and in a rush, I forgot to put one pair in my bag. Completely my fault. I reached out to the store and told them what happened and a lady by the name Senya ( I hope I got the spelling right) worked tirelessly over a few days to see what happened always calling me with updates. She located the pair at the end of it all and shipped them to me as I do not live close by. Great follow through on her part and I hope the company recognizes her customer service skills.

Well, I actually really loved the store, and the employees there. When I came there, it was jam-packed! And I was surprised of the helpful service because of the crowd. And compared to Daly City Nike stores or Foot Lockers, I found Nikes I never saw before... and they were way more cheaper! I only got it for $40.00 plus tax. I highly recommend this store, and I give props to all the employees there. Im actually going back there tomorrow, this time, with my whole family!!!

Viele Schuhe. Allerdings zahlt man wirklich für viele Sachen den vollen Preis. Auf einzelne Schuhe gibt es 30prozent und tshirts gibt es 2 für 25.

The return policy does allow returns and exchanges. However, they do not keep record of the sales, so unlike some companies that can pull your information, by card, they are not capable. In addition, they have a very limited supply of wide shoes, so if you have wide feet, this is not the place to go.

Went the other day. They had a lot of athletes out on the floor who looked like they were running clothes out but never could find a small in anything. They only had two athletes on mobile check out. Line was about 40 minute wait. Also refused to give me my employee discount.
