Certain policys put newer employees in an uncomfortable position. It becomes time consuming to resolve. If a battery is defective that was purchased for a computer it shouldnt be any kind of an issue to returned and replace. I can say I was treated politely and the problem was resolved. thank you

Its the only place in Ukiah to buy office supply, yes, you can find some simple stuff at other stores around here, but only Staples is a comprehensive office supply store, and their price is justified, considering they have almost everything office related.

My review is a bit biased, I am one of the new managers. All Staples strive to give excellent customer service, above and beyond. Please give us a chance to win back old customers and gain new ones. We have improved greatly with this new team.

Employee was slow and not helpful. I purchased a personalized address stamp and between my name and my husbands name they put an + sign instead of & sign. Very frustrating...Seriously?!? Rrrrr..I didnt have time to wait for a corrected stamp.
