I called and asked if they carried any tires for my car and they told me that they had 3 different tires. I asked for the middle tiered tires and when I arrived they told me that they actually didnt have the tires that I requested on the phone. Okay, fine.. Then they said that they could get me better tires for a reduced price. I said that is okay. When I was about to pick up the car, they changed the tires to the cheapest tires that they had without letting me know. And told me that those tires were the same performance and quality as the tires that I requested so SEARS didnt feel that they needed to tell me in the first place. And of top of that, they told me that they couldnt align my car because I needed all four new struts, control arms, and other work which required close to 3K amount of work before they could align the car. I went to another shop and they had no problem aligning the car and did not believe that I needed all the work that SEARS requested. Interestingly, another customer came to the same shop with similar quote from SEARS that he also needed new tie rods. His car was also fine. So, that brings up an issue. It could be that SEARS have more stringent requirement for tie rod replacement and have specific testing requirements than other shops. Or could it be that they are trying to sell more work than what is actually required. I want to believe the initial condition but after changing up tires on me three times I think its more the latter. Lesson learned though... always confirm the assessment of your car with multiple mechanics.

Such horrible staff seriously if you can avoid this place , I would rate this -10 if possible the manager was great and helped us fix the problem but we had gone there to return some baby boy clothing since it turned out we bought clothing for the wrong gender , we payed $30.07 and the lady only gave us back $15.12 , when we told her about it she said we must be confused and that she gave us back the correct amount , after talking to her for a while she showing her the receipts the had realized she threw half of the clothing we returned on the floor and didnt count them , she gave us only $4.17 back and it was still not the correct amount then she began to get rude and say we were over exaggerating and thats the correct amount , we got upset because we showed her the recipe again and she could just not get it thought her head she owed us $30 , she said we were causing a scandal when we clearly were not , she called Her manager and gave us a dirty look and told us to move away from her register mmediately becouse she had more "important" customers to help , the manager came and fixed the problem and apologized , However I will never go back again, they have some good deals but they have by far the most horrible sales people .

I have just had the worst experience at Sears in La Cumbre Plaza. I would not recommend anyone to buy appliances here. First, you have to beg someone to help you, they would rather stand around and talk. Then if you ask them a questions they dont know the answer. We purchased a washer and dryer that were stackables. We were told it would be delivered on Thursday. The transaction had to be run more than once so the second time I guess the sales person forgot to put that it was a stackable. Anyway, they delivered it on time without the straps to hold it together. We were upset and called the department. They assured us they would be back on Sunday to fix it, we are leaving on vacation and really needed to do laundry. When they came on Sunday they just handed us the strap and said they didnt have time to install it. This was at 5:45 when they were supposed to be there between 3 and 5. By the time I called the store and waited on hold they hung up on me. Bad service, bad sales, Terrible experience. We have shopped at Sears for over 44 years. No more!! Stay away from that store! Spent more than 2 hours in the store for a dishwasher. Salesperson ordered the wrong color. They promised to call the day before delivery to set a time. Never called. On the day of delivery I was stuck at home waiting for the store to contact me / deliver. Impossible to get through to the store on the phone. Customer service put me on hold forever then hung up on me, twice. The website is no help either and the chat does not work. I had to go there in person to cancel my order. Stay away from that store! Local appliance stores carry the same products at pretty much the same prices and they are professional, reliable, fast, and courteous.

Horrible Customer Service, one open register. Long line of "Us" waiting. Just too much. Left Sears without my choices I spent precious time on. I am handicapped, & there were some others, Just like me... trying to get our items checked out. More than nine in line, besides my attempt to get checkout completed. When I arrived back to my vehicle, I learned, the Security guard came to my Handicapped Licensed Parked Vehicle, to state, Why do I have my step outside the door? ( So I dont need to Crawl into my door way!! Is Why!) Wow. My pet was very upset, for this action made on the door by Him. Unnecessary.

Personally I like this sears, their clearance section is great, and I find the people to be helpful. The applicance sales people kinda scare me, but other than that I go here all the time! I always leave happy, and everyone is always helpful and personable. At times you do have to stand in a line to purchase something but I cannot fathom why that would be upsetting to anyone. Have you never stood in a line before? Have you been to a grocery store? This sears is great and their prices are competitive and their coupons are great! USE THE COUPONS!

Sears Auto Center: Worst experience and customer service ever! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They are misleading and falsely advertise services that are not done. Do not fall for their "specials". When I spoke to the manager about my situation, instead of acknowledging their error, he pointed the finger at me as if it were my fault they used the wrong oil. I expressed how unhappy I was, but all he did was shrug his shoulders. I tried to get a different store managers name, but was told was they were too busy to help me!!

Have just spent over $200 on clothing in this store opposite our accommodation in Santa Barbara to take home to my grandchildren. Was served by a young lady who was sulky, spoke rudely no please or thankyou, was super bitchy towards me when i queried a price and spent more time talking to the other salesperson and the customer he was serving than me. I had good intentions of going back tomorrow to spend more but not now she has left me pissed off. If you dont like yr job then leave luv!
