The flowers are gorgeous and the service impeccable. I spoke to Sam and he took my request after unexpected events forced me to make a last-minute order. He was very kind and understanding and he recommended the best flowers for the occasion. This was an especially important birthday gift and ordering it from out of the country could have made the process onerous. Instead, these people went out of their way to make it easy-breezy. It felt very much like I had handed the bouquet over in person with much warmth and love. MORE POWER TO YOU!!!

Horrible customer service! I ordered a bouquet as a get well gift for my sister in law that lives in San Rafael which was never delivered. After trying several to reach the store to see what happened with my order, the only answer I received was: " Umm, we would have to look it up and call you back". Of course, I was never called back. I guess about getting refunded for my $ 125.00 floral arrangement that my sister in law never received. Hopefully, my credit card company will be more successful in getting my money back.

Best flowers in the city!!! I have to say, I have checked over 10 flower shops on Google to find reliable delivery service and good quality of product, and none of them compared to the ones that I got at Rafael Florist. The flowers lasted around 2 weeks!!! Also, the service was superb. I really recommend this Florist to anyone who wants to have best quality flowers delivered on time.

Very reliable florist to deal with, the person I placed the order with was very thorough in helping with the order and delivery leaving nothing to chance. Bit of an issue which occurred sometime during delivery process was dealt with in a timely and satisfactory fashion. Would not hesitate to use their services in the future. Highly recommended.
