This is a very busy store. Kari the manager and Craig are both awesome. They are professional, helpful, and courteous. All four times I have gone there, I have been treated courteously and my transactions were rapid and my problems solved. I have seen some very impatient customers whom do not like to have to put their name on the list and wait. I have had a cell phone for over 20 years and had Sprint and Verizon before. I travle all over the US and need reliable mobile service. I just switched to AT&T and I love their service, the Direct TV deals and the convenience of having a knowledgeable well run store close to my home. WEll done Kari and Graig.

Beware of the new store Manager Kari that recently transferred to this store. Lacks Customer Service skills, & Customer Satisfaction is not priority. I was given the wrong size accessory. Returned to exchange the unopened, unused item, she refused the exchange and instead offered a discount to purchase the correct size. So what am I supposed to do with the $45.00 case that doesnt fit my product. Oh, I know buy another one that does fit. Make sure the accessories fit before you leave this store. I went to another AT & T store explained what had happened they exchanged it with no problem.

Nice service, slow workers. One of the employees started to setting up my phone when I bought it. He even started picking out the privacy settings for me. I felt so violated. How dare he make life choices for me. Its my phone, and I should be able to choose my own settings. #ProChoice

just walked in and each sales rep had a customer yet no acknowledgement was made to as ill be right with you sir.....its not the store its the reps present at the moment that give it a bad name. so im headed to the other corporate store in Carson..which is out of my way

Love the location. They always have the latest items on display. Very cool security guard. They take your name right when you walk in if its busy so dont worry they will get to you very quickly.

Nice sales people, sometimes the wait is quick and sometimes not. Best to go early in the day. Hard to see from the street, its next to Subway
