Angela was very knowledgeable and helpful, and definitely professional. My mom bought her new phone recently at this store; she doesnt really know how to use it. Angela spent a long time to go through all of the functions with my mom and taught her how to use it. Its definitely not her obligation to go over every single detail, but which she did. Im really appreciated her professionalism and patience. I highly recommend her.

i m here to port in my number and my old carrier wont provide my account number and my pin in the same time so i have to wait 2hrs lycomobile ll send me the info，meanwhile the reps here are very helpful and friendly，they ask if i need water and sit down and wait， the girl angela even give me her snacks when i was starving， very good customer service right here would come back Again

This is a shady business that rip customer off.stay away .they will charge the card first before they tell you the total price.they will Add you unrelated fee when you question their high price.to add one line to existing plan they charge total $ 90 .activation fee $30 ,annual membership $10,single line membership $29.99. Set up fee $19.99
