I go to this Disney store on a regular basis. Its a fun place to stop for my 20 month old twins when I have a boring errand to run at the mall. The cast members are always so sweet to by kids and point out new things. When 1 gal saw my son playing w/ a stuffed Maximus toy she started talking about all the reasons she loves Maximus too. Recently they scanned my secret coupon before I started shopping so I knew what discount I was getting ahead of time (the Disney Store @ Tyler Mall said they wouldnt). It is always clean when I go & its never smelled bad like the other review said....maybe that was another customer. :/

I have been to MANY Disney stores and this one has to be the worst one on the planet! Not one cast member said hello or asked me if there was anything they could help me with. The place was hot, about the size of a closet and a dirty mess! It even smelled like wet dog. One of the cast members was actually gossiping with looked liked a friend who was visiting, and saying things that should not be heard by children! For someone who is all about the Disney magic, this place needs to be closed down ASAP!!!!

Disney is one of my daughters favorite stores in the inland center mall. I Recently purchased three shirts for our Disneyland trip including one for myself and they all fit sung. which really sucks because I had to order online and wait for shipping. now I need to go back and exchange the ones I can because they are sold out.FYI If you are buying something sold out order online at the Disney store shipping is free and go up a size on clothes.
