Worst pharmacy ever everytime I go there they always mess up my presentations they made me wait twice 45min and with my two kids sick I went back the first time and they said ur prescriptions isnt ready yet please wait 45 min waited came back no sorry we dont have ur prescriptions we need to order the medicine WTF really and then they say no I told u we didnt have it its always something that they do everything wrong . And I go to another cvs pharmacy when they checked my filed they had all my information wrong mixed up with other people s kids under my file my adress somewere in winsconsin my kids names all wrong wrong wrong last time I go there they need to get new pharmaceutical thaT know there job

I had to transfer a prescription here due to insurance. Everything was handled over the phone in a relatively short amount of time with civility and courtesy. I received a call back once everything was done confirming my medication would be ready, reminding me to have my insurance information with me when I go in. Really excellent customer service
