I had a Staples coupon, one that took $20 off a purchase of an item of $50 or more. The manager refused to take it claiming that the coupon was only accepted in the copy center. He pointed to the code and said that the code said it was only for the copy center. The coupon only stated that a minimum purchase of $50 must be made and that it could not be used on certain computers or laptops. After telling me I could not use the coupon, the manager simply walked away. Never coming back here again.

I once bought a desk here and while assembling it there was a piece piece that did not fit at all. I went back here and told them my problem and the manager gave me the piece from the floor model without me even showing a receipt or anything. Very helpful.

I asked the cashier if they carried IRS form 1099 Interest. Her response was, "if its not displayed, were probably out of stock". She didnt bother to check their computer system or simply walk out to the floor to help me look for it. BAD SERVICE!!!

Very poor customer service. Although the lady there was great to assist, the guy was absolutely useless. He had no intention to sell something and I was told "You can go look if you can find one" for one item that I wanted.

Great store. The copy and print service is amazing. The woman with the purplish, burgundy hair always helps me with with what I need. She gets me my orders at a timely fashion and shes very nice.
