This is the most helpful bike shop in Napa, not only will they answer any questions they have with a staff that never changes, but they will invite you to go on rides with them and show you trails that you never know existed! Bob, Dave, Andre, Jonathan, and Charlie are great I have dealt with them many times. they do normal servicing on my mountain and road bikes. I also love the pro-bono work Andre does Keeping tubes, pumps, tools, water and protien bars in Karma Kits he places around the valley where bikers usually frequent!!!!!! Thanks Guys.

Everyone at this shop was helpful and nice--even though I did not purchase my bike from them-- they were fantastic! I got some great information about safety, repairs and more... they even showed me how to change a flat from beginning to end. They offer free repair clinics and info about free safety classes. ( I took the safety class and learned a lot) I highly recommend Bicycle Works in Napa.

Went in with a broken chain. They fixed it in a few hours, they were super helpful, eager to answer all my questions, and did more than I anticipated (and paid for). This will be my go-to bike shop (even though they dont sell specialized;-) for all my work. 5 stars means I totally recommend going there! Thanks guys!!!

I first went into bicycle works in 1979 after 38 years Bob is still there with a knowledgeable crew that I trust to repair or make changes on my bike, Bob built a set of wheels for me in 1982 and they are still going strong.....
